COMMON GROUND CONVERSATIONS

Common Ground Conversations facilitate dialogue on issues of race and social justice with police officers and recruits. After participating in the one-hour conversations, 90% of Chicago Police Department recruits report that better understanding perspectives on race and related issues will be helpful in their work as police officers.
